01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 211phcash platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all members and users of 211phcash, regardless of how they access the platform. Using the service after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

02Eligibility

03Account Registration and Responsibility

04Identity Verification (KYC)

211phcash requires all members to complete identity verification before processing a first withdrawal. This process — commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer) — involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID.

KYC is a one-time process. Once your identity is verified, you will not need to resubmit the same documents for routine transactions. However, we reserve the right to request additional verification at any time if there is a reason to do so under our internal security or compliance procedures.

Members who do not complete KYC will not be able to withdraw funds from their account. Completing KYC as early as possible after registration is recommended so that there are no delays when you want to withdraw.

05Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 211phcash are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The platform does not accept or process any other currency.

Deposits are processed through supported Philippine payment methods including online banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallet options where available. Specific methods available to you will be shown in your account at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals are processed to payment methods associated with your verified account. Processing times vary by payment method. A withdrawal may be delayed or queued if your account has not completed KYC verification.

• Only payment methods registered to your verified account may be used.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification being complete.
• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may apply and are shown during the transaction process.

06Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 211phcash offers promotions, bonuses, and other member offers. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be displayed alongside the offer inside your account.

General rules that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are only available to verified members who are eligible per the individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have validity periods — uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 211phcash platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — these must be reported immediately.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.
• Allowing or assisting any person under 21 to access your account.

08Responsible Gaming

10Limitation of Liability

211phcash provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions, maintenance periods, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

211phcash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any situation is limited to the amount held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

By using the 211phcash platform, you accept that all gaming outcomes involve risk and that winnings are not guaranteed. You participate in all gaming activities at your own discretion and risk.

11Changes to These Terms

211phcash may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
